►Colin and Conrad have been life-long friends through school, university and for a few years, work colleagues in the sugar industry. The friendship continued through life in the United Kingdom, separated only by a two-hour journey for the traditional regular catch-up to put the 'whole world right'. The vision of utilising our skills in an independent way to make good on engineering solutions, is now manifested in PB Electrical Power and Safety Standards Inc. WHO WE ARE
►Colin Barnwell is an electrical engineer who also brings several years of senior leadership experience in sugar production, nuclear power, water utility, electrical safety, maintenance and commissioning. Knowledge and experience gained in Guyana and the United Kingdom
►Conrad Philander is a Chartered electrical engineer who has senior engineering leadership experience in sugar production, energy from waste , ISO 55001 Asset Management, and power consultancy. Knowledge and experience gained in Guyana and the United Kingdom
